Anyone advise what the two frequencies that First Student
buses are using in Seattle now? The database lists the old
Ryder and Laidlaw frequencies but they are quiet.

Ok, you took so long, I found them. 462.175 and 463.75
from the FCC database and they are both active with 151.4 p/l.

I *think* I found them on 463.750 with a pl tone of 151.4, but that was like 3-4 years ago.
