Maybe someone out there has heard of this problem? I mostly monitor the Snohomish County TRS with my BR 330T I turn on the scanner and the signal is weak and the signal bars are weak. Then I turn on and off the scanner a few times and the scanner signal signal is stronger. Is it locking onto a weaker Control CH. ? Is there a way I can prevent this?

Doing this from memory so I'm not sure if I got the order right:
Menu --> Program System --> Your system --> System Options --> Frequencies

The order they're listed there is the order it will search for them. You can select each one and selectively lock it out.

Also, while scanning, if you hit the HOLD button it'll hold on whatever control channel it's locked on to. You can lock out channels with the L/O from here and use the wheel to step up/down through the list of CCs.
